If that wasn't enough, after a month the carpet started bubbling. We didn't say much at the time because it wasn't that bad. The person they sent said he would be back in 2 weeks but we never heard from him. We called Haw River Flooring and they said they thought it had been taken care of. So we called back and eventually got someone to come over and stretch the mat. So after 2 months of complaining we have finally hopefully fixed the issue. This was the worst carpet installation we have ever had and we are very unhappy with Haw River Flooring. Now it turns out the guy they sent to fix it isn't even from Haw River Flooring and they're not going to pay him. Of course, we didn't pay up front, but we paid in full as soon as the job was done. And if you're using Haw River Flooring, don't say I didn't warn you.
